Compliance Corner: October, 2019

Cash-Pro has partnered with KnowledgeSource to keep its employees informed and up-to-date on compliant collection practices.

Everyday, Cash-Pro employees get emailed a three new multiple-choice questions about speaking to third parties, ceasing communication, handling baiting calls, etc.

If an employee gets all three questions right everyday, the employee will only receive three questions daily.

If the employee gets a question wrong, he or she will receive that question as a repeat question another day. Employees can receive up to six questions (up to three repeat questions) daily.

A question can repeat up to twice for each employee.

During the month of October, Cash-Pro is holding a competition for two $25 Visa gift cards.

If an employee has a daily completion average of at least 90%, he or she will get placed in a drawing for one of the two gift cards. If the employee has 100% daily completion, his/her name will be placed in the drawing twice.
