New Technology for Cash-Pro - QwikContact™

Today’s consumers want to communicate with creditors and agencies conveniently and quickly using modern technology. Cash-Pro, Inc. believes that adopting the technologies that will allow us to communicate with consumers in the manner they prefer, on a secure, compliant platform, will increase recovery for our clients and a provide a higher level of satisfaction for consumers. The challenge is balancing this technology while remaining compliant and secure, and QwikContact™ provides the solution to this challenge.

What is QwikContact™?

QwikContact™ is an integrated contact email solution that will seamlessly allow Cash-Pro, Inc. to send notices and payment reminders via email to the consumer.

Benefits:

  • Allows consumers to receive communication through email, a channel that many prefer

  • Less cost than the price of a mailed letter

  • Extremely secure using portal with login information required - No sensitive data or information is sent through email (which is not secure)

  • Email Monitoring and Delivery Stats –We know not only if the email was delivered, but we also know if the consumer visited the QwikContact™ Portal

How Does It Work?

If the consumer has consented to email as a form of communication (in writing or by verbal, recorded consent), certain letters will be replaced by email to communicate with the consumer. The first letter with the Validation Notice will not be sent by this method.

When this occurs, an email will be sent to the consumer letting them know that they have an important notification about their account in the portal.

At that time, the contact is considered pending and will be deleted if not activated within 30 days of receiving their most recent notification.

A pending contact will receive email notifications of new files that advise them to visit the QwikSolve™ Portal and Document Center to view the file. These email notifications will give the name and contact information of the customer, the name of the file, and the expiration date of the file. It will not contain any personal information (as none is known), but will instead contain a one-time-use password that will be used to validate the contact on initial login. At any point after the account is activated, the contact may still decline the service.

If the contact decides to opt-out of the service, either by way of the opt-out link in a notification email or from their user profile page on the portal, the account will be deactivated.

The contact will be able to login at a later time and opt-in to the service to reactivate their account and view any unexpired files they had received prior to their opt-out date.

All consumer activity will be recorded for logging and statistical purposes.
